Errol and Fran Palmer are the husband and wife team responsible for keeping Kinsmen’s reputation top notch, with Errol having more than 30 years engineering experience in everything from small fitting and turning jobs to entire plant shutdowns. Errol and Fran are ably assisted by their daughter Jade; who keeps the administrative side of things in check, and their son Corey, who is not only Kinsmen’s most qualified boilermaker but also one of the longest serving – clocking up nearly a decade of service in this family company.

In the workshop, apprentice Dane, fitter and turner Riaan and fitter and welders Ned and Tony all help to keep the workflow moving along smoothly – to the tune of bad jokes and even worse singing!
